Sales and Marketing Assistant

Summary/Objective

The Sales and Marketing Assistant provides support to the department including soliciting workers’ compensation cost containment services to potential clients, research prospective accounts, outbound cold calls, assist building customer database, and act as the primary point of contact for the department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Marketing Department in soliciting PCS services to a variety of potential clients
  • Provide administrative support to senior level sales personnel
  • Plan, implement, promote, and monitor engagement of the PCS brand social media presence
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website
  • Prepare presentations and formal proposals for prospective clients

Other duties may be assigned as directed by management.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  1. Strong phone presence and telephone manner.
  2. Highly skilled at multi-tasking, creative thinker, problem solving
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  4. Experience working with Pipeline, Salesforce or similar CRM software
  5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  6. Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  7. Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
