Summary/Objective
The Business Analyst is an information technology position that supports Premier Comp Solution’s operations by providing analysis for current business processes, workflow analysis, and the creation of new business processes to increase efficiency of operations. The support includes providing technical expertise and data analysis to manage the business or support our customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; or combination of education and 3 years relevant experience.
2. Proficiency providing business or workflow analysis.
3. SQL Server database experience.
4. Proficiency in developing functional requirements and system software specifications.
5. Experience in forming relationships with internal users, external customers and vendors.
6. Experience working with application design and implementation in specific areas, including networking/database management; email, security.
7. Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
8. Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.
Other duties may be assigned as directed by management.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related field.
